Our refund policy is very easy, for used items, if you are not satisfied, we agree to get your product back in conditions as we will send to you within two days. when we receive the device, we issue your refund within 24 hours, the customer needs to pay the shipping fees for new devices, we do not accept return of deposits if the product sticker is out.
